Maternal Mental Health: Support for You and Your Baby

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health—especially during and after pregnancy. WellCare is here to support you with the care and resources you need.

Understanding Infant Crying: The Period of PURPLE Crying

The Period of PURPLE Crying is a program from the National Center on Shaken Baby Syndrome that helps parents and caregivers understand why babies cry more during certain stages. This program provides:

  • Videos, a digital booklet, and an app to help you cope with infant crying
  • Information for your loved ones on how to support you and your baby
